Payment methods
To best serve our customers, we offer all common payment methods. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Your bank details are never stored, kept or given to third parties by us.
For projects that are fully customized, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The remaining amount is due prior to shipment. In the case of installations, please pay the remaining amount prior to or immediately after installation. For further questions regarding payment terms, please contact customer service.
Payment methods
iDeal
iDeal is an online payment method that allows consumers to pay through their own bank.
The banks you can pay with us via iDEAL are: ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Rabobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Knab, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot, Bunq, Handelsbanken and Moneyou.
Credit Card
Payments through your Credit Card can be made with VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay easily and securely at Groenensteyn. You are also fully protected thanks to PayPal Purchase Protection (of course this also applies to the other payment methods).
Bancontact / Mister Cash
Bancontact / Mister Cash moves money from a payer's account to a recipient's account. For a cardholder this is done through the bank that issued his card, for a merchant through the supplier of his payment terminal or online payment solution.
Bank transfer / SEPA
Payment by bank transfer is a trusted and secure way for consumers to pay for online purchases. Through online banking, the amount can be transferred very simply. When customers want to pay via SEPA credit transfer, they receive the payment details directly on their screen or by e-mail. They then transfer the amount from their online banking environment, whenever it suits them best.
Cash
If you wish to pay for your order in cash, this is of course also possible. Should you choose this payment method, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.
